Where do you find your VIN number?

The VIN number is located on the bottom right corner of the front windshield. For the best accuracy, we recommend taking a picture of the number.

Do the computers come programmed?

Most domestic vehicle computers do come programmed. Imports do not unless it is a Toyota or Lexus.

How quickly will I receive my computer?

We always ship two business days for no charge. If you need next day, you will be charged based on your zip code.
Cut off time for same day shipping is 4:30pm CST.
Saturday delivery is also an option for additional charge.

What is your return policy?

For local Houston customers, you can return the computer within 48 hours with your receipt for a refund plus restocking fee if it is in working order.
For more questions of what constitutes a working computer, please review the warranty.

For out of state customers, you can return the computer within 15 days with your receipt for a refund plus restocking fee if it is in working order.

Do you test computers?

Yes. We need the year of the vehicle, make and model to do the test.

Can you program a computer for me?

Yes. You can send in a computer for us to program, but it will not be eligible for a warranty or refund.

What do I do if you do not have the computer I need in stock?

If you call and we do not have the computer you need, we recommend calling back within a week. We will try to have it for you by that time.

Do you have a locksmith you recommend?

Yes. For local Houston customers we recommend you call Ben, Automotive Locksmith at 281-250-1681.

Where is the part number located?

The part number is located on the actual computer.
If you don’t want to take the computer out to see the part number you can connect it with your scanners or call the dealership to get the part number.

What do I do with my quote number?

Please write it down and reference it when you call as back. This will expedite your order process.

Do you accept walk in customers?

Yes. If you have an account set up with us and call from your place of business we can have the computer ready to go when you walk in the door.

Where do I find the emissions information on a vehicle?

The emissions information is located on a white sticker that is on the driver’s side door.

Should I remove the warranty label from the computer?

No. The warranty labels do not need to be removed. If it is removed the warranty is no longer valid.

What type of payments do you take?

We accept cash and credit card only. Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept Discover
